Whatever your goal, whether it be to lose weight, tone up, run a marathon or just feel better about yourself, Jan can help you. With her expertise and motivational skills in fitness and her qualifications in life coaching she can help you achieve your goal.

The minimum recommended time for personal training is one session per week, but you can always attend the programme of fitness classes if you need to be motivated through your sessions.

At your initial personal training session you will be given a health check, your body measurements and weight taken and asked to complete a lifestyle questionnaire and discuss your goals. After this you will be given a weeks programme to complete until the next weeks session. Each week your programme and achievements will be discussed and your programme modified to suit. As your fitness level improves and your well-being improves, your goals and your programme will change accordingly to ensure that maximum benefit is gained from the programme.
