PAID Group Discocize

Every 3-4 months Fitness 4 U provides an hours entertainment at Polkyth Leisure Centre for the special needs group PAID in the St Austell area. It is designed to be a disco/exercise session and is great fun to join in. It is very successful and has become a regular part of the PAID group's calendar.
