Starting with an energetic aerobic warm up, followed by a circuit of high and low impact and body conditioning exercises, the class finishes off with a series of yoga based and conventional stretches, and a relaxation warm down.

This class encompasses all the main areas to improve your cardiovascular fitness, your muscular strength and endurance as well as your sense of well-being. You can work at your own pace and intensity.
