Cancer Research Race for Life
For the last 4 years, FITNESS 4 U has been involved in the Cancer Research Race For Life - a 5km non competitive walk or run for ladies, to raise money for Cancer Research. The races take place all over the country, but FITNESS 4 U is largely involved with the Truro and Falmouth races.
The FITNESS 4 U team lead the two thousand strong crowd through an energetic and motivational aerobic warm up routine prior to the race.
This year the team were also involved in the Cancer Research Relay for Life held in Perranporth, where they helped to keep the spirits high of the participants by doing their lively warm up routine.
